Degrading treatment of children in Kamyaran

Human Rights Organization of Kurdistan (HROK):

Kamyaran: Five teenagers between the age of 13 and 14 from the town of Kamyaran; Saman, Milad, Karwan, Zanyar, and Farshad Muradi were detained by the security forces for writing politically sensitive materials.

These teenagers are from the village of Khamsan in Kamyaran and were arrested about 20 days ago by the security forces with the help of some local Basij volunteers. They were then transferred to Kamyaran security services headquarters. These teenagers were freed after few days on surety of 10, 15 and 20 million tomans.
The local Basij militia threaten the teenagers after they were freed on bail and forced them to cooperate with Basij to write slogans against Kurdish opposition parties.
The security forces improperly raided the school to arrest the teenagers which terrified all those present at the school.
