Different sources in Iranian Kurdistan has claimed that the head of the judiciary branch of the Islamic Republic have sent a secret letter to its officials in Sanandaj demanding that all political prisoners in the city be executed within the next two weeks.
The regime claims it's because that a number of the regimes officials have been assassinated and they blame different kurdish organizations.
All of the known Kurdish political organizations have stated that they are not responsible for the assassinations in Sanandaj. Many of the Kurdish organizations are blaming the Islamic Republic for the assassinations, believing that the regime is attempting to eliminate its own officials in order to have a pretext to crack down on Kurdish political activists.
The organisation states that the ever increasing number of Kurds being detained for alleged participation in the assassinations is worrisome, but they state that what is more dangerous is the decision of the head of the judiciary to execute Kurdish political prisoners.The regimes decision to sentence Habib Latifi, a 26-year-old university student, and Ehsan Ftahyan a 22-year-old Kurd to death, are evidence to the decision of the head of the judiciary to start executing Kurdish political prisoners.

We demand that the death sentence of these individualls are immediately withdrawn and that they will be realesed.
